Tires first

Inspect tread and sidewalls for damage. Check pressure against your specific tire and vehicle manual; do not use one universal pressure for every scooter or bike.

Check braking

Check both brakes while stationary and at walking pace in a safe area. If the lever feels unusual, stopping is inconsistent, or you notice fluid leakage, stop riding and use a qualified mechanic.

Lights and visibility

Verify the headlight, rear light, and reflectors. Confirm your helmet fits correctly and that nothing is loose or dangling near the wheels.

Frame, folding latch, and fasteners

Check that the folding mechanism is fully locked and there is no unexpected play. Follow the manual’s torque specifications instead of guessing or over-tightening.

Battery and charging

Look for visible battery or connector damage. Only use a compatible approved charger, charge in a safe location, and follow manufacturer guidance. Do not perform internal battery repairs or bypass safety electronics.

When to get help

Brake issues, damaged battery packs, structural cracks, persistent error codes, and electrical faults belong with the manufacturer or a qualified technician. Our repair hub links you to official support rather than pretending all repairs are DIY.
